    Do you by any chance live in North Devon? 

    WANTED

    The Greyhound Sanctuary (near Peters Marland) need someone reliable and caring to help with rescued greyhounds two/three hours in the morning and/or two hours late afternoons.  Duties  include feeding, walking, grooming and cleaning kennels.  Days/hours flexible – could be a job share.  £6.00 per hour, transport essential.  Ring Sally Slater, The Greyhound Sanctuary 01805 601190.  Answerphone during the day, but please leave a message.

    We have been lucky enoughto get three people who want to come and help and this means that we can start to bring in greyhounds to the sanctuary.

    Hopefully by next weekend we will have two greyhounds here which means I have to dash out on saturday to buy all sorts of things we don't yet have  - it could have been on Sunday this weekend but as I am taking part in a half marathon that day I don't think I could cope with taking in our first greyhounds as well so I have had to postpone!!

    So finally the dream is about to be realised but it has been a long journey. I am however, deeply grateful to the people who have believed in me and continued to support me over the years. Thank you very much
